The customer and fabricator remain responsible for confirmed quantity, repeats, railroad direction, matching, and allowance.
Every roll must carry the confirmed project, purchase order, product, color, lot, and yardage information.
Approval workflow

Wait for written acceptance, testing requirements, address, and labeling instructions.
Ship only after approval and retain tracking, lot details, and a control sample.
Important considerations

Final instructions must define inspection, storage, damage, dye-lot variation, special finishes, excess material, and warranty responsibility.
