Standard Warranty

3 Years

Covers products against failure to perform under normal, intended use when properly installed, maintained, and cleaned, for three years from date of purchase.

Warranty Scope

ACT Levels

Ensures our fabrics perform strictly within ACT certified parameters under normal indoor commercial use.

Policy scope

This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage or failure to perform resulting from improper specification, fabrication or installation.
Failure by customer to use any supplier recommended treatment on any fabric prior to final use means that customer does so at their own risk and supplier shall not be held accountable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
Damage or failure to perform resulting from unusual wear and tear on the product.
Damage or failure to perform resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning as per Posh Textiles guidelines.
Damage resulting from accident or abuse.
Damage resulting from the failure of a third party's product.
Any subsequent treatment of products managed by the customer, after shipment by Posh Textiles, will void this warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty supersedes any previously communicated warranties.
